Step inside and you are greeted by exposed beams, gleaming hardwood floors, and an abundance of natural light that fills each room. The spacious first floor features the living room, kitchen, dining room/office, and a full size bathroom. The living room features a comfortable seating arrangement, Smart TV, and is open to the kitchen. In the kitchen you will find loads of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and seating for two at the kitchen counter. You'll love the view of the back yard from the windows in the kitchen! Also on the first floor is a room that has been set up to double as a dining room and workspace. You'll find a dining table with comfortable bench seating, a desk with a chair, and a decorative fireplace for added charm. For your convenience there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on this level. From the back door you can access the backyard and patio. This spacious and lush green space is very rare to find in such a centrally located, downtown location! Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine at the bistro table, or bring your dining al fresco!

Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, exposed beams, decorative fireplaces and plenty of closet space. There is a bathroom in between the two bedrooms which features a beautiful tile shower, and is also where you will find the washer/dryer.

This home is ideally situated in Charleston's popular Elliotborough/Cannonborough neighborhood. You are within quick walking distance to some great local spots such as Verns, Chubby Fish, and Elliotborough Mini Bar, just to name a few! You can also walk to King Street within minutes if you want to explore more of the shops and restaurants that Charleston has to offer.

Parking for up to two cars is provided in the spacious and gated driveway.

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $425 upon signing the lease agreement.
