Each of the three bedrooms includes a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for every guest. Additional amenities include a full-size laundry area, a half bath on the main floor, and access to a private piazza—an ideal spot to enjoy the Charleston breeze. Please note that the home is accessed via multiple flights of stairs; an elevator is available, but guests must sign a waiver prior to use. Two off-street parking spaces are provided, and a small dog may be considered with a $250 pet fee.
