The spa-like en suite bathroom offers a striking soaking tub set before a decorative fireplace, a steam shower, and a double vanity with ample storage. Across the foyer, the inviting living room boasts plush seating and a Smart TV, seamlessly flowing into the chef’s kitchen. Outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances, a large center island with bar seating for four, and a formal dining area with seating for six, this space is ideal for both intimate meals and lively gatherings. A conveniently located half-bathroom and a full-size laundry area complete the main level. Ascend one flight of stairs to find the first guest suite, featuring a king bed, generous closet space, Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub-shower combination. While the home does feature multiple flights of stairs, an elevator is available for convenience. Guests wishing to use the elevator must sign a waiver upon leasing, and no credits will be provided in the event of maintenance issues. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. A small dog may be considered with a $250 pet fee.
