Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms. The primary suite has ample natural light, updated fan/light, walk-in closet with built-ins, and an updated primary bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share a hallway bath with a tub/shower combination.

On the lowest level of the home is a one-car garage and an additional multi-purpose room (not heated/cooled) with a walk-out patio. The laundry room, with a full-size washer and dryer, is also on this level. Landscaping and pest control included. Tenant responsible for all utilities, trash and cable/internet. Pets considered only on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet deposit and owner approval. Deposits due at lease signing. Application fees are non-refundable.
