This second story cozy apartment has lot of room for the family. There are three large bedrooms in the apartment. 2 of the three rooms are slightly odd shapes, but are still quite spacious. The living room consists of two rooms, with an open space between the two. The kitchen does not really have enough space for a kitchen table, so one of these rooms could work nicely as a dinning room. The kitchen is large, and has the washer and dryer in it. The stove is an apartment size stove, so slightly smaller than a normal sized stove. The bathroom has a tub shower combination.

Utilities of water, sewer and garbage are included in the monthly rent. Tenant is responsible for natural gas and electric through NWPS. The average NWPS cost is $162. Tenant pays for cable and internet through Midco.

Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.

All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.

Our Renting Process:

3. You can ask any questions, and set up a time to view.
4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee.
5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied)
6. Sign a Lease
7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours
8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
