821 E 7th is an upstairs apartment with its own private entry on the back side of the building near the off street parking area. Inside the door is an area which could be used for storage or as a coat closet with additional storage at the top of the stairs. Inside the apartment is an open kitchen and living room. The kitchen has nice cabinet space with a good amount of countertops and a cute pantry for storage. Both bedrooms are a good size fitting a queen size bed and both have closets. The bathroom is very large with a tub shower/combination.

This apartment has its own central heating and AC.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities including cable and internet which the provider at this property is Midco.

12 month utility average is $79

Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit and $25 pet rent per animal.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.

All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.
