All adults (18+) must submit an application - $50 per application, per adult. We allow pets 30 lbs. or less. There are certain breeds that our Insurance does not allow. Please ask about your dog's breed upfront, prior to filling out an application, as once we screen your application, the $50 application fee will NOT be refunded. We do charge a $500 non-refundable pet fee. We require the tenant to carry $100,000 in Liability Insurance.
