The laundry (includes washer and dryer) is located in the hallway upstairs in between all the bedrooms. Additional full bath with tub/shower combo and two (2) more bedrooms. 15 month lease is preferred- a lease term that expires at the very beginning of 2028. Or a 12 month minimum lease but the owner is open to a 15 month lease. Tenant is responsible for connecting their own gas, water, electric and wifi.
