Built in 2025, this 48-story high-rise in Rainey Street is one of the newer luxury towers downtown. The shared spaces lean strong: pool, café, yoga studio, conference rooms, fitness center, indoor club room, coworking lounges, and a grill area. Reviews are basically saying the same two things over and over: the staff is on it, and the amenities are genuinely nice.

The 1BR/1BA Van Zandt plan runs 709 square feet and starts at $3,453/month. It’s a good-sized one-bedroom by downtown standards, though the bigger knock here is storage in some of these layouts, so I’d pay attention to closet space if that matters to you. The building also allows cats and dogs, with a 1-pet max and breed restrictions.

You’re right in the Rainey Street/Downtown pocket, so Lady Bird Lake, the Congress Avenue Bridge, and the Texas State Capitol are all close enough to matter. Google and Oracle are both easy employers to keep in mind from here, and the walkability is strong enough that a car is more optional than necessary.
