Qualification requirements:
Application fee is $30 per applicant. Non-Refundable.
Applicants over 18+ ONLY - Must pass the Background Check.
Serious crimes will decline the application.
Evictions / rental debt will decline the application.
Proof of income: 2.5 times the rent amount.
Documentation accepted for income proof:
- Bank Statements or Income Tax Returns
- Most recent pay stubs for two months
- SS award letter
- LES (military pay information)
Background Check Fee cannot be used for any cost of Move-In, Security Deposit nor Pet Fee.
Security Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Can be made into Equal Payments per Management Approval. This is usually done in the first (4) four months of the Lease.
Pets accepted with a non- refundable Pet Fee of $200-$300 p/pet, depending on size & breed. Fee can be made in Payments with Management Approval.
