Fees

• $50 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 or married couple
• $100 admin fee per applicant to run your criminal and credit report.
• Deposit 1-Bedroom: $200

Criteria
• If your application comes back and your credit is low, you have the option to pay a double deposit. A standard deposit for a 1-bedroom is $200, so double would be $400.
• We do not accept any felonies or if you owe money to another property your income must be 3x the monthly rent.

Pet Policy
• No aggressive breeds, must be under 50 lbs.
• Will need a photo of them and a copy of the most recent vaccination records.
• Dogs: $250 pet fee, $250 pet deposit, and $15/month pet rent
• Cats: $250 pet fee and $10/month pet rent.

Additional Information
• Along with your base rent you will be charged a $7 trash fee, $3 pest fee, and your water which ranges from $8-$16 for a 1-bedroom and $16-$25 for a 2-bedroom.
• The only utility you are responsible for setting up is electricity, it must be in your name within 48 hours of moving in. I will need the electric provider's name and your account number. (And Cable/Wi-Fi if that was something you wanted)
• You have the choice between 6, 9, or 12 months when selecting your lease term with the option to renew at the end of your lease.
