Private Womens Room in Beautiful Condo
Large, carpeted, clean (airy and naturally lit by a west-facing window) women’s rooms available. One large bedroom available February 1st, 2026. It is upstairs, furnished or unfurnished(same cost), and located in a classy HOA neighborhood next to a large field and park. All common areas are well-maintained and ready to be used and enjoyed. The 1 current tenant is neat and clean, and good cleanliness standards are expected. It's a spacious home with a large TV with HDMI, two living rooms, a dining room, a library and kitchen (including two refrigerators and all appliances), which are shared. There are three bedrooms upstairs, and a master bedroom downstairs.
Bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) are large, fully tiled, and in perfect condition with lots of space for more personal items. The upstairs bathroom will be primarily shared between the two tenants, and the downstairs bathroom is shared by the owner's daughters.
$750 total for rent and utilities for the large bedroom ( available April 9th) Amounts are TOTAL

Approximately 1 week every 2-6 months the owner's family may visit from Idaho for weddings, funerals, Thanksgiving dinners, babies being born, babies being blessed, this may vary depending upon circumstances etc. These visits are often short notice, fun, and a little crazy, but the family will do their best to notify tenants as soon as plans are made, and private spaces and items will always be respected. The vast majority of the time (when the owners are not visiting) the condo is exceptionally quiet, private and feels very empty with 2 people or less. That's why we want people to come and make it their home. This condo is intended to be a comfortable and homey dwelling for everyone and it's hoped the tenants will feel like family. Points of conduct are included in the contract to
maintain a respectful environment for all residents, and are based on standards
of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted on or around the property.
This living arrangement will be offered based on the personality and compatibility of those interested. Important criteria includes kindness, reasonable cleanliness, being somewhat easygoing, genuineness and personal values. A college-aged woman would probably be most fitting because the current occupant is in her 20s, but age is just a number. Residents may be very long term if desired.
A private frontal parking space is reserved . Street parking
is available March-November and during the day in the winter when premitted.

The condo is right off 1-15 (less than 0.5 miles) and 12
minutes from downtown Salt Lake. The Library and Walmart are within 1/2 a
mile.
