1x1 Room for Rent (FEB RENT FREE)

I’m a homeowner renting out two rooms in my basement. The space is fully private, gets great natural light, and can be closed off completely with doors for separation and privacy.

There are two rooms available:
- One room for $900/month
- One room for $700/month
(Ask me about the discounted price of renting out the whole basement. Kitchenette to be added in the future)

Both prices include all utilities plus 2.5 Gbps fiber-optic internet. You pay one flat rate each month with NO INCREASES guaranteed and February RENT FREE.

The basement is its own quiet area, while the kitchen, backyard, and laundry are shared with the household. (Please note the basement door has been replaced prior to photos) I live upstairs and use the separate outside entrance, and I do not pass through the basement to access the laundry, so your space stays private.

Costs:
- Security Deposit: $400-$600 (Depending on credit)
- Application Fee: $50 KSL Screening Fee (DO NOT APPLY ON RENTLER)

No cats allowed due to safety; dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis.

The upstairs space is occupied by myself and my partner, along with our two dogs. We both work a lot and are generally very quiet while we’re home. We keep shared spaces clean and are respectful of others in the house. I also work as a property manager, so you can expect clear communication, timely maintenance, and professional management.

This would be a good fit for someone responsible and respectful who’s looking for a clean, comfortable place to live. Couples, families, LGBTQ+, students, and all others are welcome. Applications WILL NOT be accepted unless an in-person or virtual tour has happened.
