There is a large permaculture/organic garden area. Absolutely no users of tobacco, drugs or marijuana in any form. No smoking/vaping of any kind, no partying, slackers, hookups or random guests and this cannot be a second home or hangout for your friends or significant other. Guests are discouraged to maintain quiet for studying, sleep and rejuvenation. No noisy or profane online gaming. Headphones are expected to be worn while listening to music, movies, online classes etc. In other words, overall good, motivated, productive, proactive guys only who are actively working on your education or career.
