• Tenant responsible for all utilities, renter’s insurance, yard care, and snow removal

• No open, pending, or recent bankruptcy

• Positive and verifiable rental history/landlord reference for at least the past 12 months

• No evictions within the past 8 years

• Background screening required for all applicants age 18+
