Finding the right place to live as a student can be stressful — which is why Harrison Heights is here to make your transition to college living quick, simple, and enjoyable. Located directly across the street from Weber State University, we offer convenient, comfortable, and fully furnished Weber State Housing.

Our community features three-bedroom, two-bathroom floor plans with both private and shared room options, giving you flexibility based on your lifestyle and budget. We lease by the bed, not by the apartment, so you never have to worry about a roommate’s rental obligations. You’re only responsible for your own rent!

Each apartment is designed for comfortable living for three to five residents and includes:

- Recent renovations with granite countertops and laminate flooring

- Fully furnished spaces with a 50” HDTV

- New appliances and Apple TVs

• - Fiber-optic bandwidth to support all your streaming needs

To make student life easier, students can pay rent and submit maintenance requests online. Payments can be made by credit or debit card.

Additional Monthly Fees:

Utilities: $90

Parking: $15–$40 (depending on lot location)

• Renter’s Insurance: $15 (only if you do not provide your own policy)
