You’ll love this neighborhood & location - there is so much to do in this beautiful town, summer AND winter. This adorable 850 sq ft cottage is furnished with a queen bed in both bedrooms & 2 full baths, & is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & families. There is a maximum of 4 tenants. Note that there are outdoor stairs & a circular staircase up to the 2nd bedroom. There is a private parking space. Cars must be moved between 9 AM & 11 AM when we get 2 or more inches of snow so the plows can clear the parking lot. There is no guarantee for parking on these days. However, if available, we can rent a 2nd parking space, & there are parking lots in the neighborhood. The free bus system is fantastic so you really don’t need a car. Basic cable, water, gas, & electricity included. A TV is also included. There is a washer & dryer that takes credit cards in the clubhouse right next door. First & last month's rent plus security deposit required. The minimum rental period is for 1 year & no subletting. Sorry, no pets & absolutely no smoking inside or outside.
