This rental is available to a SINGLE RENTING PARTY only. Multiple families or combined households are not allowed. Maximum of 4 family members. 

Description: This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom walk-out basement apartment with a large, covered patio at the entrance. It looks out onto a large, beautiful, backyard with wide open space, a playground in one corner and a fire pit at the other end. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood:
     --1 block from the local library and church
     --1 mile from Macy’s grocery store
     --1.5 miles from Walmart
     --Downtown Logan is only a 6-minute drive
     --Utah State is just 9 minutes away.

• --Second bedroom: smaller but can comfortably fit a queen bed or two twin beds. It also works well as a small office. 
• --Kitchen: open and spacious with lots of cupboards and countertop space. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and electric stove 
• --Brand new Washer/Dryer INCLUDED 
• --Flooring: porcelain tile in the kitchen, front hall and bathroom. Recently installed vinyl flooring in family room and bedrooms. 
• --Note: the furnishings and rugs in the photos are AI-generated to help demonstrate the size and layout of the space.    
• --Central heat keeps the apartment warm and cozy in winter. Although there’s no central A/C, a portable unit is available. The apartment is heavily shaded by trees and a covered patio, allowing it to stay naturally cool (usually 68–70°F all summer). If needed, we have a portable A/C unit available. 
• --Uncovered parking space for 2 vehicles. Please no dead vehicles or trailers.
