We now have a pool table, swing over the lake, a fantastic fire pit & Large deck for family and friend gatherings enjoy the amazing great salt lake sunsets.

I'm a very reasonable & respectable person & am looking for the same in a roommate. The lease will be for a year & month to month after that. I will be charging an application fee of $30.00 to do a credit check and background check but mostly to weed out folks that aren't serious or honest.
