• Administrative Fee: $399 (holds the apartment; non-refundable unless denied)
• Security Deposit: $0 up to one month’s rent, based on background and credit screening
• Pet Fees:
  • $400 deposit (one-time, per pet)
  • $45 monthly pet rent (per pet)
  • ESA documentation exempts these fees
  • Maximum of 3 pets per household
• Parking:
  • Free uncovered parking for residents and guests
  • $30 covered parking (Buildings 2, 6, 7)
  • $80 underground parking required (Buildings 1, 3, 5)
  • One parking space available per household
• Media Package: $99/month (required; internet only, resident provides router)
