Originally constructed in 1898 and operated by the Imperial Tobacco Company as a tobacco manufacturing facility and warehouse, the initial purpose and character of the building has not been lost to our design but rather integrated into it. Raw industrial materials and incorporated historical structures are complimented by polished contemporary finishes and appliances, which make every floor plan in the building unique.

Amenities include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, maple and cherry cabinets, in-suite washer and dryers, a 24 hour gym, high speed internet, outdoor patio area with a grill, bicycle storage, water usage and trash removal.

PETS
We do allow pets (2 maximum), no breed restrictions, but we have a 75lb weight (total weight) limit and a $250 fee for the first pet and a $150 fee for the 2nd. There is an additional monthly pet fee of $25

12-MONTH LEASE TERM. Also, for short term leases – add the following percent to base rent:
- 8-10 months add 10%
- 6-7 months add 15%
- 4-5 month add 20%
- 3 month add 35%
