2. One money order in the amount of $350.00 as a holding fee.
* The holding fee is refundable only if your application is denied or if you are approved with conditions and you choose not to proceed with those conditions.
* If you are approved without conditions, or if you decide to withdraw your application for any reason (including choosing to rent elsewhere), the holding fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited to cover the lost opportunity to rent the unit.
