No Pets, No Smoking, No Fireworks Incident Disclosure: In late July 2026, a neighboring property owner confronted a guest regarding use of the shared access road, damaged the guest’s vehicle, and threw a rock toward the property, breaking a window. Police responded and the individual was arrested and charged with assault and malicious mischief. The matter is proceeding through the court system, with hearings scheduled for October and November 2026. Security cameras captured much of the incident. No further unauthorized activity has been detected on the property since the incident. There are two exterior security cameras installed on the premises. Utilities, including Internet, are included except for charges over $75/mo for electric. No need to put it in your name! This is a vacation rental during the spring and summer.
