The Taft apartments were built in 1910 and maintain it's old world charm but each unit has been uniquely updated over the years. This studio unit is located on the top floor on the East side of the building which remains quiet and cool throughout the year. There are natural hardwood floors throughout and vinyl in the bathroom. The bedroom area is separate from the kitchen which makes for a more pleasant living situation.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. There is a $75 water, sewer, garbage utility and a $15 laundry fee per month. Electricity is based on usage through Seattle City Light. It is being offered on a 12 month Lease with a 3 week free rent concession. This is no smoking and no dog building however cats are welcome.
