All utilities will be on your portal. • Insurance waiver required: $15 through us or upload of policy required prior to move in. • Internet will be in your own name and set up through service provider. • Pet-friendly: $50 per dog and $24 for cats per month. No Deposit. ESA animals are welcome, but a doctor's note from a WA doctor is required. • Lease Terms: 6-12 months. • On-site Parking: $150 per spot per month. Application Requirements: • 650 minimum credit score • Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount. • Positive rental history • Cosigners are welcome.
