Parking: 1 assigned carport space, two vehicles maximum on-site
Additional monthly fee for Utilities based on a Ratio Utility Billing System (“RUBS”) that will be administered by a third-party. RUBS is a utility billing method that allocates utility costs based on the number of persons residing in an apartment unit using a ratio occupancy formula
Deposit: $700+ (depending on pets and qualifications) and $200 admin fee

Please note: If highly interested, submitting a complete application(s) is the only way to secure this home, and once approved the maximum hold time is 14 days (or ready date). We are equal opportunity housing and process applications on a first-come, first-served basis. Any occupant 18 years or older must apply with a valid photo ID. Deposit amount is determined during the approval process and dependent on how well the above criteria are met. The Security Deposit amount ranges from $700 up to an amount equal to one month’s rent and/or requires a cosigner. Tours are by appointment only once rent-ready.

* Do You Qualify?
1.) Household must earn at least 3x the rent in gross monthly income (before deductions), verified by 3 consecutive paystubs and matching bank statements
2.) Minimum 3 years of consecutive, verifiable rental/residential history with no money owed to past landlords or management companies
3.) Stable credit history (approx. 600 or higher)
4.) Verifiable, continuous employment — at least 6 months with current employer or within the same industry
5.) Pet policy: indoor cats, and small dogs only (max 2 pets total) with additional fees and pet rent
