• If you're accompanied by furry family members, a $25/night fee (for stays up to 10 days) or a $250 flat rate fee (for stays exceeding 10 days) applies per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets.
• Check-in: 4PM | Check-out: 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request. (*Subject to availability and cleaning schedule - a $25/hour fee applies.) Kindly inquire in advance.
• Trash and recycling collection takes place every other Tuesday. To ensure your convenience, we will notify you through email. In the event of a missed trash or recycling pickup, a $50 fee will be applied to cover the cost of arranging an extra collection.
• To ensure a smooth departure, please leave key fobs, parking remotes, and mail keys where found at check-in. A photo will be required at check-out for key verification. Lost key fobs, parking remotes, or mail keys will be charged at $100 each.
• Booking requires ID verification and adherence to the rental agreement.
