ANIMAL POLICY

Cats and dogs are permitted, subject to approval and applicable lease requirements.

• Dog rent: $45 per month
• Maximum of two animals per apartment
• A separate animal deposit equal to one full month of apartment rent is required in addition to the apartment security deposit
• Municipal animal-licensing requirements apply

ADVERTISED RENT AND MONTHLY CONCESSION

The advertised rent includes a $50 monthly concession. The full monthly rent is $50 higher than the advertised price unless the concession requirements are met.

The concession applies for any month in which the full amount due is received by the landlord on or before the first calendar day of that month and the resident’s account is current. If payment is received after the first, or if any portion of the rent or other charges remains unpaid, the concession for that month is forfeited and the full monthly rent becomes immediately due and payable.
