• The home is located on a busy central road and directly across from a Kwik Trip gas station, so some moderate traffic and neighborhood noise may be heard.
• The front porch is not insulated and may not be comfortable for sleeping during extreme temperatures. It has a baseboard heater and window AC. The main home has central heating and air conditioning.
• The Smart TV is Wi-Fi enabled and does not include cable.
• On-site parking is limited to two vehicles. Please contact us about additional off-site parking options.
