The house will be ready for move-in as of September 1, but I'm open to an earlier date we can discuss. It has three bedrooms, all on the upper level, along with two full bathrooms, and a half bath on the main floor.

The primary suite has an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet.

The main level has a living room and a family room separated by the kitchen.

Also on the main level is the walk in laundry room and a half bath.

The house has everything you need:

3. ADT alarm system with exterior cameras (renter can activate a monthly subscription to use the system or leave it off)

The neighborhood is really great. Very nice and friendly neighbors who take care of their homes.
It has very easy access to 470, and there are multiple large shopping centers within a 5 - 10 minute drive including Southlands Mall.

I am not renting first come first served, but to the most qualified renter who will take care of the house and be a great neighbor.

Prefer a longer term lease, 12+ months.

First & last months rent, and a lease option deposit required.

Dogs welcome with refundable pet deposit and non refundable monthly fee.

Renters insurance required.
