Rental application required (no fee for completing our personal application). Flexible rental terms for 6 - 8 months or longer. Lease start date is flexible. Rent is $2,500 per month + utilities. Expense deposit of $2,500 required. One dog considered, no cats. First and last month's rent and the deposit can be paid over the first three months of the lease.
