IMPORTANT COMMUNITY STANDARDS
• 100% smoke-free property (including marijuana, vaping, and smoking paraphernalia)
• No parties, loud gatherings, or unverified overnight guests
• Quiet low-stimulus residential environment
• Animals must be travel-compatible and not left unattended causing noise disruption
• 30+ night minimum stays only

VERIFICATION & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• Identity verification required for all adult occupants
• Structured intake and signed residency agreements required prior to confirmation
• Additional verification and/or traveler’s insurance may be required depending on booking channel and profile history

MEDICAL TRANSITION SUPPORT
Reduced medical-transition rates may be available for qualifying patients and caregivers depending on timing and availability.

Suite 35B is a quiet garden-level Lakewood residence offering natural light, privacy, & a supportive residential setting during recovery or extended stays.
