This Studio is perfect for a professional single or couple. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Rent includes all utilities including WiFi and TV. This top floor 1-room studio looks over to the Deer Valley ski runs and mountain. It has a Plush Queen-Size Bed and a leather sofa. There is a TV shelf over the gas FIREPLACE by the large sliding door leading to a DECK. The kitchen includes a GAS RANGE, Full-size Refrigerator and Dishwasher. The large bathroom has a SHOWER/TUB combo with heat lamp. Coin Op Washer & Dryer is located just outside of unit.

1st month, Last month and $500 Security Deposit required for move-in. Application and credit check with 1st month deposit to hold unit.  Service animals with written certification considered.
