Lease Terms:

Application Fee: $45.00 per applicant (18 years and older).

Lease Set-up Fee: $200.00 (one time, non-refundable). Minimum one (1) year lease. must have first & last month’s rent plus $3,000.00 cleaning & security deposit. The full deposit (or a portion thereof) will be refunded after move-out, contingent upon the home’s condition and compliance with the lease terms. First month's rent to be prorated as applicable.
