There are two bedrooms, up and down, in the back. You can use the ground level bedroom as a living space with the bedrooms up and down in the back. Or use the ground level bedroom with the two back rooms serving some other function. Lots of options. The backyard has a fire pit, in-ground trampoline, volleyball standards, basketball court and children's play area. The apartment can come partially furnished or we will clean it out.
