2 Rooms available in sugarhouse near 15&15th

I'm going to have two rooms opening up mid January in my sugarhouse home (pics of the bedrooms are incoming (waiting for tenants to move), you'd have the downstairs basically to yourself (laundry room is downstairs, so I'd like to be able to use that still :)) w/ a private bathroom. One of the rooms is the primary bedroom w/ it's own entrance to the bathroom) and the other is a cool room w/ a fireplace (great option for an office if you work from home).

There's additional living space that I can keep furnished as is (couch, bookshelves, etc) or am happy to clear out so you can bring your own stuff.

The backyard is fully fenced with an electric gate and there's a 2 car garage you're welcome to use for some storage.

I'd be upstairs with my 8 year old dog, you and I would share the kitchen (also upstairs). I'm a wfh professional in my mid 30s who loves reading, thrifting and a good glass of wine. I try and be very respectful and I have a long history of longterm tenants (happy to provide references).

Located steps away from the #17 bus line and short walk from 15th&15th shops (Tulie Bakery, King's English Book Store, Sweetaly Gelato, Caputo's, Contento, Mi Buena Vida & Casot).
