Fully furnished home in Millcreek for those who want a quiet living experience and the benefit of having a home instead of a condo or apartment! This is a short term furnished rental 4 months minimum and then month to month. Looking for renters who will care of this home as if it were their own. Kitchen addition and total remodel finished in 2020. New custom cabinets and new GE refrigerator. Velux skylights and solar powered blinds provide excellent lighting in the kitchen, and an antique buffet provides vintage charm along with a 1950's yellow Formica table and chrome chairs. All cookware and plates and glasses provided. You don't need to bring anything but your suitcase. 
The kitchen is on the main level of the house and the bedrooms, living room, bathroom and laundry are in the basement.
The basement has just been totally remodeled. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Linens and Comforters provided. 

The bathroom has a vintage claw foot tub with a custom chrome bath and shower fixture, marble floor, pedestal sink and towel rack complete with towels. The new living room has a leather loveseat and ottoman, a 40 inch HDTV (antenna provides 30 channels for free) in a media cabinet, an Amazon fire stick for streaming. 

There is a shoes off policy for this home.

Owner pays - gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage/recycling and biweekly lawn care. Tenant pays renters insurance (required) & P.O. Box key deposit. Deposit of $ 1.950 with $ 1,600 refundable at the end of the lease . Tenant responsible for snow removal as per Millcreek City requirements.
