Welcome do Casa Del Meg in humble Kearns.
I'm Meg and I'm renting out my basement apartment. I've been renting out spaces in my home for 8 or so years. I do month to month to make it less stress on both of us. We are low key here, respectful and clean. If this space sounds like a good fit, I'm offering $700 for the first two months, see below for details. :)
The gentleman in the master bedroom is leaving in June so it will be three of us for a month or so then just me upstairs and you downstairs. The garage space will open up when he leaves and that will also become yours.
I'm offering $700 for the first two months so I don't have a gap in my tenancy and we can do a little do-si-do. Meaning I have one small room upstairs freshly painted and clean ready to go. If you can land in there, then when my current tenant moves out, the basement apartment will be repainted and you can move in there. $700 for two months because you will be sharing the upstairs shower with me and the upstairs kitchen with him.
Right now I'm finishing up a few things in the basement apartment so it will be a little nicer by the time you move into it. (June-ish)
The space is really for just one person but in the future, in the basement, we can renegotiate terms and price if you would like to bring in a S.O. Sorry no children.
I love love love my home, she is a work in progress but cute and cozy. I hope to continue to finish home projects throughout the next year and a half.
A nice quiet neighborhood during the day, more lively on nights and weekends, courteous neighbors, overall a lovely suburban home across from a well maintained park and running path.
I have one or two meetups during the month for artists (you are welcome to join) and I'm a singer so sometimes the home is lively and full of music and the rest of the time it's peaceful and quiet
All utilities included and free WiFi.

I have two bulldogs so I apologize but we can't do anymore dogs. Other small animals are negotiable.
