Hey guys, I'm Meg. 😊 👋 

We are just a cozy little house, modest and peaceful in the humble city of Kearns.  

My basement apartment should be ready Mid - Late February. 

You will get the cozy basement apartment, private 1/2 bath downstairs (Toilet, sink) then your own private tub/shower upstairs in the guest bathroom.  

You will also have a room upstairs you can turn into whatever you like.  If your a gamer, its great for that because its next to the wifi room and has better internet for gaming then downstairs.  

The Kitchenette has sink, countertops, Cupboards, cook top, grill, mini oven/air fryer, full fridge. Can cook a 10-in pizza and basically everything, but if you need to cook a turkey or a large large pizza you're welcome to use the oven upstairs. 

Garage parking space for that sweat ride of yours.   

The basement is really for just one person but in the future, we can renegotiate terms and price if you would like to bring in a S.O.  Sorry no children.

There's a sweet little space in the front yard that you can sit and sip your coffee and watch the sunrise or have a friend come over, crack a beer and watch the soccer games as the sun sets. If you are interested in a little side yard gardening, I can also section off some side yard and you could do whatever you want with the space. 

I love love love my home, she is a work in progress but cute, cozy and safe. You may hear me singing from time to time, my apologies early. 

A nice quiet neighborhood during the day, more lively on nights and weekends, courteous neighbors, overall a lovely suburban home across from a well maintained park and running path.

All utilities included and free WiFi*.

I have a bulldog in training and we will need to just get him use to you, I will always keep him with me or in a fenced area till you guys get to know each other.  

Small animals are negotiable. Dogs would be harder in this space because its small and my dog is training.  Willing to talk about it and negotiate with the right situation.
