Market-rate and Low-income Studios Available!

Low-income pricing is currently $871 per month plus utilities. The 1-person annual gross income restriction is $40,450. (Restrictions vary depending on household size. Contact office for more information!) Your annual gross income must be under $40,450 to qualify. 

One studio available for immediate move-in upon approval, and a few studios are available for July move-in.

Market-rate pricing for studios at Citizens West is currently $1149 base rent plus utilities. We are offering a move-in special to market-rate apartments that apply before the 15th of May.

Our building is in the heart of Guadalupe neighborhood. 8-minute walk to the North Temple Station (bus and TRAX). Grocery stores are 4-7-minute drive away (Rancho Market and Harmons). Several coffee shops, gas stations, dining options within 15-minute walk. 10 minutes away from the International Airport. 

Our apartments feature a flexible, efficient layout equipped with large windows, a full kitchen, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, and plentiful storage.
