Private Female Room| January Free

We have 1 private room available January 1st for a female renter. We are a young couple  with an Australian Shepard and we have 1 female roommate that you'll share a bathroom with. You're welcome to use all of our kitchen appliances and dishes and we often share meals. Everything but the bedroom is furnished so you won't have the burden of buying any other furniture. Giant living room if you'd like to have friends over. Cute backyard that's really nice for hanging out in during warm weather. We are very chill and the other roommate is too. All streaming services are available on the living room TV. We keep the place clean and we take on most of the cleaning except for the roommates dishes and room and bathroom. We are remodeling the basement so you must be okay with those type of noises and things but we keep the noise down until about 10am and 7pm. Once basement is remodeled, you'll have the option to move to the basement apartment. Utilities $50 flat fee. $300 deposit with $150 refundable.  Unfortunately, no pets allowed because our neighbors have aggressive dogs.
