- Combined household income of at least 3× monthly rent.
- Proof of income required (minimum of 2 most recent pay stubs + W-2).
- Government-issued photo ID required for all adult applicants
- Previous landlord name and contact information required
- Proof of rental payment history (up to 12 months). Bank statements or payment app (Venmo, etc..) records accepted. Applicants should mask all personal transactions; review is limited to confirming rent payments only.
- Everyone 18+ must apply
- No smoking on the property

Security Deposit:
- Security deposit equal to one month's rent.

Before move-in:
- Security deposit is required.
- First month rent is required.
- Renters insurance is required.
- All utilities must be under tenant's name.
