Available November 2nd, 2025, $950/month + first month deposit.  November will be discounted at $750!  Utilities are split and around $50-100/person per a month. My roommate is moving out and my lease ends August 31st, 2025 with the potential for renewal each year.

Bedroom available for rent! Bedroom has two windows facing north and west with lots of natural light. There is a standard size closet (~8ft x 6ft x 24 inches deep).  Small bathroom with a tub/shower shared with me. Home amenities include a fenced in backyard with patio, grill, laundry room, fiber internet, and furnished shared kitchen and living room. There is a small shed within the carport as well as a small garden shed in the backyard.

Your new neighborhood is close to everything! 7 minutes from downtown sugarhouse, 10-15 minutes to liberty park, 15-20 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes from the canyons, nearby grocery stores (Smiths, Harmons, Sprouts, etc.), gyms (Momentum, the Front, Planet fitness, etc. ) and great access to I-15, I-80, I-215 from either 700 E or State St without road noise.  It's a nice quiet little HOA of 9 houses with lots of friendly neighbors. About me: I'm a 30-something male working the night shift as a fork life operator and I have a cat. In my free time you can find hanging out with friends and my girlfriend. Looking for a roommate male or female preferably 28-35.  It would be great if they worked during the day, since I have the night shift you'd have the place to yourself most week nights. I appreciate a roommate who is respectful of each other's space and cleans up after themselves. I occasionally like to have friends over on the weekends and they sometimes stay late.  Home is only available for 1 additional renter, not 2.
