**No Pets, smoking, drinking allowed, or overnight guests**

What we are looking for

-Clean

-No past evictions or criminal record

-700+ credit

-Looking for a long term client preferably. Minimum 6+ month lease.

Current tenants age range from 24-34 roughly.

Utilities Range from about $55-$75 (plus internet, Fiber internet comes out to about $7.50/person)
