We do credit and background check on each applicant over 18 and have an occupancy limit of 3 in the two bedrooms units. In addition, we do NOT accept housing assistance programs.
Residents are responsible for gas and electric.

Security deposit of one month of rent and signed lease is necessary to hold the apartment
