For this quiet building I am looking for quality tenants. No smoking, vaping or drugs etc. Tenants need to be respectful towards their neighbors and the property, willing to share in the responsibilities of trash cans, sweeping and shoveling the shared entry deck and stairs. I take pride in ownership and work hard to keep the places nice.
