This rental application will enable us to determine if you are qualified for your preferred rental property, therefore, it is very important that you fill out ALL the information requested. APPLICATION FEE
** Any person that is 18 years and older MUST fill out an individual application **
There is a $35.00 non-refundable processing fee per application that must be paid prior to processing this application.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
• Unless otherwise noted a Security Deposit equal to one month's rent will be required and will be required to be paid in full by Cashier's Check or Money Order within 24hrs of application approval to secure the rental.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
• For each applicant or co-signer, we will need a copy of your driver’s license or Military ID.
EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION
All occupants will need to make 2 times the amount of rent per month, after taxes.
• Please include four of your most recent pay stubs for verification.
• If you are beginning a new employment position, please submit a letter of employment intention.
• Military applicants may submit their 4 most recent LES.
• If you are self-employed, please provide a copy of last year's tax documents or 6 months of recent bank statements; and a current Profit and Loss Statement.
• We can also send verification of income if we feel the proper information has not been provided.
CREDIT VERIFICATION
• Credit scores of each applicant must be that of 550 or greater.
• No Evictions, Judgements to past/present Landlords, utilities, etc.
