Enjoy the comfort of a private 2-bedroom home without the hassle of extra bills. This garden-level unit at 524 N Klevin is bright, clean, and ready for you. With an in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll never have to visit a laundromat again. Located in a central East Anchorage spot, you are just a short commute to Alaska Regional Hospital or UAA.

Amenities: Private laundry, full kitchen, and easy street parking.

Restrictions: No pets, smoke-free property.

APPLICATION FEE
** Any person that is 18 years and older MUST fill out an individual application **
There is a $35.00 non-refundable processing fee per application that must be paid prior to processing this application.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
• Unless otherwise noted a Security Deposit equal to one month's rent will be required and will be required to be paid in full by Cashier's Check or Money Order within 24hrs of application approval to secure the rental.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION
• For each applicant or co-signer, we will need a copy of your driver’s license or Military ID.

EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION
All occupants will need to make 3 times the amount of rent per month.
• Please include four of your most recent pay stubs for verification.
• If you are beginning a new employment position, please submit a letter of employment intention.
• Military applicants may submit their 4 most recent LES.
• If you are self-employed, please provide a copy of last year's tax documents or 6 months of recent bank statements; and a current Profit and Loss Statement.
• We can also send verification of income if we feel the proper information has not been provided.

CREDIT VERIFICATION
• Credit scores of each applicant must be that of 600 or greater.
• No Evictions, Judgements to past/present Landlords, utilities, etc.

The Property Manager may approve a co-signer for a declined credit verification for an applicant with no credit but with good landlord references. If so, the co-signer would need to go through the same application process. If approved, the tenant may be required to pay by certified funds.

PET SCREENING
• We use a third-party pet/animal policy and screening service.

This is required of ALL tenants and is considered part of the application process.
The Property Manager will tell you when you should go to the site to complete the Pet Screening Questionnaire.
