Located on Campbell Creek greenbelt in a park-like setting is a grand one bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Upon walking in, is a reddish colored hardwood floor in the dining area. Stepping down from the dining area, is an enormous living room with amazing rustic views of the greenbelt. To the right of the living room is the pleasing bedroom with enormous windows in both the bedroom and living room. Right across the hall is the clean bathroom. There is a laundry room onsite close to the apartment. These units are one of the largest in Anchorage.

We are a smoke free and pet free building we can't make exceptions on this. We also do not accept housing assistance programs. All tenants must earn 3 times the monthly rent to qualify. All tenants pay for electric.
