This is a very nice house and neighborhood and I plan on finding someone who will respect it and help keep it that way. I'm a 36 yr old Firefighter and Construction Manager dude that will spend as much time outdoors as possible, that's not into late nights or a ton of noise and like to keep the place tidy.
