Based on financial capability, an additional deposit may be required.
Income & Background Requirements:
Applicants must show gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent.
No felony convictions are accepted.
Misdemeanors within the past 5 years are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; supporting documentation may be requested.
Evictions within the last 3 years will result in disqualification.
Application Requirements:
Every occupant age 18 or older must complete a separate application.
